A Progress Review Meeting (PRM) for Distribution and Customer Services Department (DCSD) was held from 3rd – 4th June 2018. The PRM was conducted to review the progress of various works taken up by the ESDs in financial year 2018 and also to discuss the pressing issues in its core business areas such as – Planning & Budgeting, Operation & Maintenance, and Metering & Billing functions.
Two days PRM was graced and chaired by Honorable Managing Director (MD), BPC. In the closing remarks, MD reminded that BPC has been doing very good because of hard work of everybody in BPC and should keep it up in future as well to take the company forward. DCSD being the face of BPC, should always prioritize customer care. He also reminded the core values of BPC and asked everyone to give full cooperation to sort out any issues for improving the overall efficiency of BPC.
