Sealed item rate tenders are hereby invited from eligible Contractors registered with the CDB and holding valid trade license for the following works:

Tender documents can be purchased from the Office of the General Manager, DCSD, BPC, Thimphu upon submission of a written application along with copies of trade & CDB licenses and payment of a non-refundable sum of Nu. 1000.00 per document. The document sale will be between 3rd September- 24th September, 2010 (working hours). The date of tender submission is on 5th October, 2010 up to 1200 hours and will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours.
The Integrity pact (IP) enclosed as part of tender document is mandatory to be signed by the bidder while submitting the tender. Failure to do so shall result in rejection of tender. BPC reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. No bidder shall be awarded more than one Work.
