The Procurement Services Department (PSD), Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC), Thimphu invites sealed bids from registered eligible suppliers/manufacturers for the supply and delivery of electrical line and substation materials. The brief details of the bid are as follows:

The bidding document can be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of written application together with the business license copy to the above address at or before 17:30 hours, 18th September 2012. Bidding documents can also be downloaded from below. The bidder who have downloaded the bid document and wish to participate should register with PSD, BPC, Thimphu on or before the closing of bid sale date and make payment for the cost of the bid documents.
