BID NO. : BPC/ ICSD/ADSS-TENDER – 01/2010

The following conditions are applicable for use of the online copy of the tender document;

1. This is a international competitive Bidding tender.

2. Although the entire tender document is being provided online, incase of discrepancy between the online copy and the hard copy available with the InfoComm Services Division, the hard copy will prevail.

3. Even if the Bidder has downloaded the tender document from the web, the bidder will have to pay the cost of tender document before or during submission of the bid to participate in the tender.

4. After the bidder has downloaded the tender document from the web, the bidder will have to send a signed copy of letter expressing interest to bid before the last date of sale of tender document( March 30, 2010) to be eligible for participating in the tender. This is to ensure that the bidders who have downloaded the tender document from the web receive all the amendment and notices, if any.
