Enterprise Portal Help



If the enterprise portal website doesn’t work or open then you need to read the following instructions:

1. Go to My Computer –> Local Disk (C:) –> WINDOWS –> system32 –> drivers –> etc



2. Open the hosts file and add the following in the last:

172.16.110.29    portalci           portalci.bpc.bt

172.16.110.28    eccci                   eccci.bpc.bt


3. If you can’t save the file then please follow the following instructions:

i. Right click on the hosts file, a POP up menu will appear

ii. Then Click on Properties

iii. Click on the Security tab which is available in the Top of the Dialog box.

iv. Then select your username for windows and then right below that there is a button called “Edit”, click on that and then check or tick all the radio buttons under the Allow i.e. available in the bottom.

v. Click on Apply or OK.

vi. Now try saving the hosts file again.
