The contract for construction of two numbers (Package A & B) of 400kV D/C transmission lines from Punatsangchhu-I to Sunkosh has been awarded to Consortium of M/s. Jyoti Structures Ltd., India & M/s. Gammon India Ltd., India. The Contract Agreement was signed on August 12, 2010 at Nu. 2,900,851,627 (Ngultrum Two Thousand Nine Hundred Million Eight Hundred Fifty One Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Seven Only) for each package.
