The Vision Statement

While a business must continually adapt to its competitive environment, there are certain core ideals that remain relatively steady and provide guidance in the process of strategic decision-making. These unchanging ideals form the business vision and are expressed in the Corporation Vision statement.

BPC’s vision is a description of our “desired future state” with the emphasis on the future. The vision statement is what we would like to become in the future.

A vision statement is intended to build enthusiasm. It should provoke inspiration. It should stimulate people to care about the ideals for which BPC stands.

It’s important to note that the vision statement is not a description of detailed action steps but it describes a statement of condition. It describes success in the future.
