1. Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is in the process of implementing construction of 66 kV power transmission line from Pangri Zampa (Thimphu) to Damji (Gasa).
2. BPC intends to conduct comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study prior to implementation of the above mentioned project to assess and manage adverse impacts of the project on the environment and the community affected by the proposed project and finally obtain Environmental Clearance from the National Environment Commission.
