The training on HRIS, HR Functions, and Role of General Support Staff/Officer commenced today, November 3, 2025, graced by the Director, Corporate Services Division, and the General Manager, Support Services Division.

A total of 39 General Support Staff and Officers (6 males and 33 females) are participating in the program. The training aims to strengthen the capacity of HR and Administrative personnel across various divisions and regions.

As HR and Admin functions form the backbone of any organization, our teams serve as the crucial link between management and employeesโ€”contributing directly to the companyโ€™s efficiency, morale, and overall success.

With Bhutan Power Corporationโ€™s continued growth and transformation, this program seeks to ensure that our HR and Administrative services remain agile, professional, and responsive to the evolving needs of the organization.

The training will conclude on November 7, 2025.
