Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W4) Contractors for the work “Labour Contract of PLAN WORKS, 2024 under Bumthang and Sarpang Dzongkhag”, as defined in the bidding document.

The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening. 

Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on April 8, 2025, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.

BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.

This is to notify the general public that the newly constructed 132kV Double Circuit Transmission Line from Jigmeling Substation to the Bitd-deer Substation in Jigmeling under Sarpang Dzongkhag for the Power supply to Bitdeer shall be test charged on 20 March, 2025 from 1000hours and shall remain charged thereafter.

Therefore, all the general public in the vicinity of the transmission lines are requested to keep themselves and their animals away from the above-mentioned lines to avoid any accidents.

Work Name: Labour Contract for Right of Way (RoW) Clearing under ESD, Phuentsholing.
