Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W3) Contractors for the Construction of micro shed at Chenery (package-1) and chain link fencing around distribution substation (DS) 20 nos. (package -2) under ESD, Trashigang, as defined in the bidding document.

The brief scope of work is as under:

1. Construction of store shed at Chenery, Trashigang (package-1).
2. Chain link fencing around distribution substation 20 nos. under ESD, Trashigang (package -2) as follows: –

• SCHEDULE – I: Construction of distribution substation fencing (4 nos. (6×6) m at Gencha, Tengma, Telecom SS and Jonkhar – B) and (1 no. (5×5) m at Jonkhar-A) under Sekteng Gewog.
• SCHEDULE – II: Construction of distribution substation fencing (3 nos. (5×5) m at Dhaliphangma, Durungri & Bainang) and (1 no. (6×6) mat Drupdhey) under Yangeer.
• SCHEDULE – III: Construction of distribution substation fencing (2 nos. (5×5) m at Mongka & Phungchelo) and (1 no. (6×6) m at lower Cheya) under Udzorong.
• SCHEDULE – IV: Construction of distribution substation fencing (3 nos. (5×5) m at Shingron, Durshing & Monangkhar) and (1 no. (6×6) mat Yabrang) and (1 no. (8×8) mat Dungtse) under Phongmey.
• SCHEDULE – V: Construction of distribution substation fencing (1 no. (8×8) m at lower Melphey) under Shamkhar.

The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening. 

Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, to be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on June 25, 2026, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.

BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.
