Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Large Class (W3) Contractors for the Associated Civil works for the construction of 33kV Pooling substation at Jamjee, Thimphu, as defined in the bidding document.
The scope of works, in brief, includes:
- Construction of Associated Civil works of 33kV substation at Jamjee, Thimphu:
- Construction of PEB control room building for 33 kV GIS.
- General civil works for the 33 kV substation
- Construction of internal road, boundary fencing, and site development work.
The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.
Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on December 18, 2025, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.
BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.

BPC/C&PD/CMS/TENDER-2025/30
The submission deadline for the Tender No. BPC/C&PD/CMS/TENDER-2025/48 (Construction of 11 kV AAAC and 33 kV ACSR Dog conductor overhead lines, including dismantling of the existing 11 kV and 33 kV lines at Kurizampa, Gyelpozhing under Mongar Dzongkhag (Package: DW25-G6).) is extended till 1400 hours, November 27, 2025. The Bids shall be opened at 1430 hours on the same date.
All other terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents shall remain unchanged.
