Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W4) Contractors for the work “Labour Contract of DEPOSIT WORKS, 2025 under Mongar Dzongkhag”, as defined in the bidding document.
The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.
Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on October 30, 2025, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.
BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.

The submission deadline for the Tender No. BPC/D&CSD/ESD-MONG/TECH-03/2025 dated 29th August 2025 is extended till 17:00 hours, September 24, 2025 for the following work:
a. Supply and Delivery of Tools & Plants
b. Supply and Installation of CCTV
The Bids shall be opened at 09:30 hours on September 25, 2025. All other terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents shall remain unchanged.
