Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Large Class (W3) Contractors for the Associated civil works for the Augmentation Works of the400/220/66/33 kV Indoor Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Substation at Norbugang Industrial Park (NIP), Samtse, Bhutan, as defined in the bidding document.

The scope of works, in brief, includes:

1. General civil works

• Earthworks.
• Structural steel works.
• Concrete and allied works.
• Road works.
• Building and miscellaneous works
• Plinth protection & Dismantling works.

2. Construction of PEB control room building for 66 kV GIS.

3. Electrical works.

The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. • Associated civil works of the building.
• Electrification works for the building.

2. Construction of G+2 (class-III) staff quarter at Langchenphu, Jomotsangkha.

• Associated civil works of the building.
• Electrification works for the building.
