The shortlisted candidates are requested to report to BPC Headquarter located at Yarden Lam, Chubachu, Thimphu as per the date mentioned in the remarks column at 8:30 AM sharp for the Practical Test and Viva Voce. The candidates should produce their original documents and valid Citizenship Identity Card for the verification.
Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to re-invite bids from eligible small Class (W4) Contractors for the work “Repair and Maintenance of Building and other civil structures at Gasa and Wangduephodrang”, as defined in the bidding document.

SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING(RPL) ASSESSMENT FOR TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION TECHNICIANS
Bhutan Power Corporation Limited, in collaboration with the Bhutan Qualifications and Professionals Certificate Authority (BQPCA) under the Ministry of Education and Skill Development (MoESD), recently completed the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment for Transmission and Distribution Technicians.
The RPL assessment occurred from July 8, 2024, to July 20, 2024, and involved 74-line staff from the nationwide Distribution and Transmission Departments. The primary objective of this assessment was to enable technicians to obtain the NC2 Certificate. This certification process ensures that employees possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitude required by the industry.
This assessment represents a significant step towards enhancing the professional development of our workforce and ensuring high standards in the transmission and distribution of power across Bhutan. We extend our sincere gratitude to all participants for their dedication and commitment.
