The Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security is as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.

The document should be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 15:00 hours on March 19, 2025, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 15:30 hours.

BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.
