In pursuant to the internal vacancy announcement of Head, Khalangzi Power House, ESD, Mongar, Thimphu via letter No.BPC/HRA/HR-01/2020/942 dated June 15, 2020 and further extended via email on June 24, 2020, the following candidate is shortlisted for further selection interview as follows:

The selection interview is scheduled on July 17, 2020 and the interview shall be conducted via skype. The candidate is requested to be online by 9:20 AM.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 10th July, 2020 between Department of Renewable Energy, MoEA and Bhutan Power Corporation to implement the 180kW Pilot Solar Power Project at Rubessa. The project cost is around 200,000 USD and shall be implemented over a period of 9 months. BPC shall do the designing, procurement and installation of the pilot solar project with grid connection at 11kV level. The main outcomes of the project shall be to demonstrate and test the feasibility and viability of the large scale solar technology in Bhutan and to build the institutional capacity.
