This serves to notify all bidders of the following corrections in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ):

• Section 9.3: Construction of 33/0.415 kV, 125 kVA Substation & LV ABC for Spring Water Plant near Willing Resort
  • Sub-section 9.3.1.2: Laying and Stringing of ACSR Rabbit/Dog Conductor (3-Phase, 3-Wire), Testing, Commissioning, and Associated Works
    • Correction: The unit of measurement (UoM) for the quantity is incorrectly stated as “Kilometer” and should be “Meter”.
      • Existing in Ariba: 300 Kilometer → Correct as: 300 Meter

• Section 9.10: Construction of 33/0.415kV, 125 kVA Substation near Forest Office, Chengdebji
  • Sub-section 9.10.1.4: Laying and Stringing of ACSR Rabbit/Dog Conductor (3-Phase, 3-Wire), Testing, Commissioning, and Associated Works
    • Correction: The unit of measurement (UoM) for the quantity is incorrectly stated as “Kilometer” and should be “Meter”.
      • Existing in Ariba: 100 Kilometer → Correct as: 100 Meter

This is to clarify that there is a double entry in the BOQ for the following sections:

• Section 9.13 & 9.15: Extension of 33kV Line with ACSR Rabbit Conductor (3-Phase, 3-Wire) and Shifting/Relocation of 33/0.415kV, 25kVA Distribution Transformer & LVABC Line of Karshong Shedra.

Action: The subsections under Section 9.15 will not be considered biddable. Bidders should refer only to Section 9.13 for pricing.

The submission deadline for the Tender No. BPC/C&PD/CMS/TENDER-2025/16 (Construction of chain-link fencing (6×6)m around distribution substations near Buli School and Zhemgang Primary School & Laying PCC pavement within store yard for stacking of outdoors materials at Tingtibi) is extended till 1400 hours, May 06, 2025. The Bids shall be opened at 1430 hours on the same date.

All other terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents shall remain unchanged.

Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W3) Contractors for Construction of chain link fencing & laying of PCC for open store yard under ESD, Trashigang as defined in the bidding document.

The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.

Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on May 09, 2025, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.

BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any
reason.
