Complete bids, including the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid Submission Form, must be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 14:00 hours on August 21, 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours.

Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W4)་Contractors for the “Labour Contract of DEPOSIT WORKS, 2026 (Construction of 33kV MV line for construction power supply to Wangchhu Hydropower Project) under Chukha Dzongkhag”, as defined in the bidding document.
The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document, and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.
Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, to be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on August 20, 2026, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.
