The submission deadline for the Tender No. BPC/TD/TOMS/Tsirang/2025/Tender-01 (Construction of a Gabion wall and maintenance of control room building at Dhajay Substation, maintenance of building at Dagapela under TOMS, BPC Tsirang and maintenance works under ESD, Tsirang.) is extended till May 09, 2025. The Bids shall be opened at 1500 hours on the same day.

The Bids shall be opened at 1430 hours on the same date. The double entry in the BOQ in sections 9.13 & 9.15 as announced via Clarification Notice on Bidding Documents (ESD, TRONGSA) dated 28th April 2025, has been corrected.

This is to clarify that there is a double entry in the BOQ for the following sections:
- Section 9.13 & 9.15: Extension of 33kV Line with ACSR Rabbit Conductor (3-Phase, 3-Wire) and Shifting/Relocation of 33/0.415kV, 25kVA Distribution Transformer & LVABC Line of Karshong Shedra.
Action: The subsections under Section 9.15 will not be considered biddable. Bidders should refer only to Section 9.13 for pricing.
