Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W2, W3&W3) Contractors for the work Package (A)“Repair and maintenance of staff quarters and GIS buildings at Jigmeling and construction of septic tank at Gelephu Substation” under TOMS, BPC, Jigmeling and Package (B) “Construction of protection wall and Gabion wall at Tower location No. KJ-138 & Tower location No. KJ-136 respectively of 400kV Transmission line ” under TOMS, BPC, Jigmeling Sarpang Dzongkhag, as defined in the bidding document.
The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.

TOMS, Jigmeling, BPC
The submission deadline for the Tender No. BPC/C&PD/CMS/TENDER-2026/01 (Supply, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of a 66kV Double Circuit transmission line from Semtokha substation to Dechencholing substation.) is extended till 1400 hours, February 12, 2026. The Bids shall be opened at 1430 hours on the same date.
All other terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents shall remain unchanged.

The Tender for “Associated Civil Works for the Augmentation Works of the 400/220/66/33 kV Indoor Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Substation at Norbugang Industrial Park (NIP), Samtse, Bhutan, vide Tender No. BPC/C&PD/CMS/TENDER-2026/05”, has been annulled.
The annulment is in reference to the cancellation of the Electrical Tender owing to unavoidable circumstances. As the civil works are required to be aligned with the Electrical contract, it has been decided to annul the above-cited tender.
Accordingly, bidders who have submitted their original Bid Security are requested to collect the same from the respective offices.

Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Medium Class (W1) Contractors for Resurfacing or black-topping of the approach road to 33/11kV Substation at Kewathang, Trongsa, as defined in the bidding document.
The scope of works, in brief, includes:
(a) Major and minor repairs of the road.
(b) Repairing the existing L-drain.
(c) Construction of Box drain & L-drain.
(d) Construction of Hume pipe and catch pit.
