The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid Submission Form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. 1. The Kingdom of Bhutan has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Solar Farm Expansion Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
2. The Bhutan Power Corporation Ltd. (BPC) (the Employer) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of t Supply, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of a 132kV transmission line from Wobthang Solar Project at Bumthang to Garpang (‘the Facilities”).
3. Open competitive bidding (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
4. Only eligible Bidders with the key qualifications defined in Section 3 (Evaluation and Qualification Criteria) of the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding.
