Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) was formed as an offshoot of the erstwhile Department of Power, the then Ministry of Trade and Industry and was launched as Public Utility Company on 1st July 2002 with an objective that the corporatization of the utility functions would lead to greater efficiency and better delivery of electricity supply services in the power sector.
Later, the Ownership was transferred to Druk Holding and Investment Limited (DHI), the commercial arm of the Royal Government of Bhutan, established in 2007 upon issuance of Royal Charter in 2007 “to hold and manage the existing and future investments of the Royal Government for the long term benefit of the people of Bhutan”
Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is looking for motivated and eligible Bhutanese citizens to join our team as a Daycare Facilitator Helper. If you enjoy working with children and meet the criteria below, we invite you to apply.
Employment Details
Status: Daily Wage System
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension based on performance and need)
Eligibility: Bhutanese citizens, aged 18 and above.
Place of Posting: Thimphu
Required Documents
Please ensure your application includes clear copies of the following:
Citizenship ID Card.
Academic Transcripts: Class X and Class XII (if applicable).
Online Security Clearance: Must be valid for at least one year.
Medical Fitness Certificate: Must be valid for 6 months.
Note: Documents with overwriting will not be accepted.
Preferential Criteria:
Candidates with ECCD training, childcare certification, or prior work experience in childcare will be given preference, as the role involves daily interaction with young children.
