The invitation for Bids from eligible Small Class (W3) Contractors for resurfacing the road and parking, as well as realigning the chain-link fencing at Garpang, ESD, Bumthang, as defined in the Bidding Document, is extended until 1400 hours on May 29, 2025.

The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document, along with a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document, in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.

Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 14:00 hours on May 29, 2025, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours.

BPC reserves the right to accept or reject the Bids, or to annul the bidding process without providing any reason.

Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W4)
Contractors for the work “Labour Contract of DEPOSIT WORKS, 2025 under Samdrup Jongkhar Dzongkhag, package: DW25-K1” as defined in the bidding document.

The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.

The submission deadline for the Tender No. 18/BPC/TOMS/JLING-01 & Tender No. 18/BPC/TOMS/JLING 02 the work Package (A- Repair and maintenance of Eave Ceiling for Residential Buildings at Jigmeling Colony and, Control room and DG room for Jigmeling Substation along with Chain-link fencing for Isolator Structures at Gelephu Substation and package B- Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of CCTV System for Jigmeling Substation & Gelephu Substation) under TOMS, Jigmeling is extended till 14:00 hours, May 29,2025 published on April 26, 2025 in the Kuensel and BPC website. The Bids shall be opened at 14:30 hours on the same date.

All other terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents shall remain unchanged.
