The shortlisted candidates shall report to Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) Head Office, located at Yarden Lam, Chubachu on the date and time mentioned in each notice for Viva Voce. The candidates are required to bring all the original documents and valid Citizenship Identity Card for verification.

The shortlisted candidates are required to report to the MPH Hall of Changangkha Middle Secondary School, Thimphu, on March 14, 2026 (Saturday) at 9:00 AM sharp for the written test. The candidates must bring their original Citizenship Identity Card for verification during the test.
Candidates who graduated from a foreign university must also produce the Endorsement Certificate issued by Bhutan Qualifications and Professionals Certification Authority (BQPCA). Failure to produce the certificate will result in disqualification and the candidate will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
Please ensure to carry the following items: pen, pencil, calculator, and eraser. Sharing of these items is strictly prohibited.

- BPC reserves the right to increase the number of intakes or may not take any, depending on the change in requirement of the company and/or capability of the candidates and their performance in the interview.
- In case, there are more requirements than the announced posts within 8 months, BPC shall recruit from the merit standby list.

- Citizenship ID Card.
- Academic Transcripts both consolidated and yearly transcripts of Degree, Class XII, and X.
- Degree/Provisional Certificate.
- Online Security Clearance Certificate (Check the validity of 1 year).
- Medical Certificate (check the validity of 6 months). Any overwriting shall not be accepted unless authenticated by the examining doctor.
- Certificates of special achievements or merit, if any.
- Work Experience Certificate, if any.
- No Objection Certificate, if currently employed.

The selected candidate is required to report to the BPC Head Office, Yarden Lam, Chubachu, Thimphu, on February 2, 2026 at 9:00AM for appointment. An onboarding programme will be conducted at the BPC Training Centre, Begana starting from February 2, 2026, for a duration of one week.
At the time of reporting, the candidate is required to bring copies of a valid medical certificate, security clearance certificate, two passport-size photographs, and four legal stamps.
