The office would like to inform the bidders that as lockdowns have been imposed in various Dzongkhags due to the current situation, the bidders are requested to submit the bids for the aforementioned works either by hard copy as mentioned in the Tender document or also by forwarding the scanned soft copies of your complete bid vide email to rehtom47@gmail.com. This is to facilitate the participation for the interested contractors who may not be able to submit hard copies.
