TOMS, BPC, Jigmeling hereby issue an addendum to the clause 5.0 of the ITB of the tenders titled “Re-roofing of TOMU Office and Roof Painting of Control Room & DG along with other Misc.” Civil Works under TOMS, Jigmeling published on date 22nd August 2024 informing that Bid Security amount is Nu. 42,460.00 (Ngultrum Forty-two thousand four hundred sixty-six) only instead of Nu. 212,245.00. The same is corrected in the EProcurement online tender (Ariba Platform) as reflected Clause 5.0 of the ITB and clause no. 22.1 of Bid Data Sheet. All other terms and condition remain unchanged.

TOMS, BPC, Phuentsholing hereby issue an addendum to the clause 2.2.17 of the ITB of the tenders titled “Civil repair and maintenance works under TOMS tendered on 16th August 2024 & Civil Maintenance and repair works under TOMS, BPC, Phuentsholing published on date 19th August 2024, informing that if the contractor fails to complete the work within period specified asper the contract, the employer shall deduct the liquidity damages at the rate of 0.3% per day to the maximum of 10% and not 0.1% per day as previously announced on the e-procurement (Ariba Platform). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
