The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in SAP Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC Offices before the Bid opening.
Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, should be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on March 19, 2025, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.
BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.

The submission deadline for the Tender No. BPC/C&PD/CMS/TENDER-2026/09 (Associated civil works for the Augmentation Works of the 400 by 220 by 66 by 33 kV Indoor Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Substation at Norbugang Industrial Park (NIP), Samtse, Bhutan-Tender extension) is extended till 1400 hours, March 10, 2026. The Bids shall be opened at 1430 hours on the same date.
