Position Profile

• Position Title: General Manager
• Division: Finance & Accounts Division (FAD)
• Department: Corporate Services Department (CSD)
• Number of Slots: 1 (One)
• Place of Posting: Head Office, Thimphu
• Employment Type: On Contract for an initial period of three (3) years with possibility of extension based on performance and organizational need.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce or accounts from a recognized institute.
• Working Experience: Minimum of 12 years of working experience (including a maximum of 18 months of study leave).
• Age Limit: Candidates should not be born before January 1, 1970.

1. Standard Job Application form (downloadable from the BPC website at www.bpc.bt).
2. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
3. Evidence of 12 years of cumulative working experience (e.g., Appointment Order, Work Experience Certificates, or official letters from previous organizations).
4. A copy of a valid Bhutanese Citizenship ID Card.
5. A copy of Certificates and Academic Transcripts of the bachelor’s degree (and master’s degree, if available).
6. A copy of a valid Security Clearance Certificate (approved online).
7. Valid Audit Clearance Certificate.
8. A copy of a valid Medical Fitness Certificate (required if selected only).
9. No Objection Letter from the current employer, if applicable (required if selected only).
