With the launch of this project, we have now achieved what has been envisaged for the Omni-Channel Contact Center System requirement in BPC Digital Strategy 2020-2025.The project was developed in collaboration with Zealous Systems Pvt. Ltd.

With reference to Notice Inviting Tender no. BPC/DS/DCD/CWD/TEND-02/2022/03, dated March 28, 2022, regarding the ‘Repair & Maintenance Works at Various Electricity Services Divisions (ESDs), BPC’, the following additional information & drawings are hereby provided;
- Missing drawing attached for ‘Repair & Maintenance Works at Various Electricity Services Divisions (ESDs), BPC-Value of Works above BTN 2 Million’
Package No: C, Work No: 2, R&M Other Civil Structure & Works under ESD, BPC, Trashigang is attached.
- Also all bidders must attach Separate Bid Forms and Bid Securitys for each Work/Packages, however a single bidding document shall suffice. This is due to the variation in contract durations for the different work packages.

The first cohort of one-day training on “Gender Equality and Workplace Harassment was successfully conducted by the Institute of Management Studies, Serbithang, Thimphu for BPC on May 20, 2022. The training was provided to employees (senior and mid-level) to create awareness of the concept of gender equality and harassment in the workplace which would help BPC realize the expectation outlined in the DHI Group Policy Framework on Gender Equality 2021.
