Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W3) Contractors for Resurfacing of road & colony parking and relocation of chain link fencing at Garpang, ESD, Bumthang, as defined in the bidding document.
The scope of works, in brief, includes:
- Repairing of pot holes.
- Re-surfacing of old black top for road and parking.
- Dismantling of existing chain link fencing.
- Reconstruction of chain link fencing in relocation.
- For reconstruction of fencing materials like post, struts, chain link mesh, barbed wire and boulders shall be use from existing dismantled fencing materials.
- Minor repairing of road drains.
The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.
Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on March 06, 2025, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.
