Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W4) Contractors for the work “Labour Contract for plan works, 2026 (Power Supply Arrangement to Begana Multipurpose Integrated Hydropower Project) under Thimphu Dzongkhags”, as defined in the bidding document.

The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.

Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1300 hours on May 14, 2026 and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.

BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.

1. The Kingdom of Bhutan has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Solar Farm Expansion Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

3. Open competitive bidding (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
4. Only eligible Bidders with the key qualifications defined in Section 3 (Evaluation and Qualification Criteria) of the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding.

The Transmission  Operation and  Maintenance Section (TOMS) on behalf of Bhutan Power Corporation Ltd invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and Delivery of Miscellaneous Civil / Electrical items and Hand Held tools /Equipment.
