Following are the amendment made for the referred tender:

ITB 4.5: The Technical Qualification and the Financial Qualification Requirements are as follows:

(a) Technical
As a minimum qualifying requirement, the bidder should have successfully carried out, as a prime contractor, the execution of at least one project of a similar nature and complexity in hilly areas comparable to the proposed project during the last ‘five years’ to be replaced by ‘10 years’.

This is to inform all the prospective bidders that the submission deadline for Tender No. : BPC/TOMD/TOMS-G/CMG-28/2026/2 dated 20 April 2026 “Repairing & Maintenance of Building and other Civil structure at Gyelpozhing, Kilikhar and Kanglung under TOMS Gyelpozhing” has been further extended.

The Revised schedule is as follows:

•  Last date for Submission of Bids: 12th May, 2026 on or before 14:00 hrs
• Date & Time of Bid Opening: 12th May, 2026 at 14:30 hours

All other terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents shall remain unchanged.

This is to inform all the prospective bidders that the submission deadline for Tender No.: BPC/D&CSD/ESDPLG/W-22/2026/3 dated 21 April 2026 “Labour Contract for Right of Way (RoW) Clearing under ESSD Tshimalakha and ESSD Lhamoizingkha” has been further extended till 15:00 hours, May 11, 2026. The Bids shall be opened at 15:00 hours on the same date.

All other terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents shall remain unchanged.

Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W3) Contractors for the Construction of micro store shed at ESSD, Yadi, Mongar, as defined in the bidding document.

The scope of works, in brief, includes:

• Civil work for the construction of store shed.
• Electrical work for store shed.

The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening. 

Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, to be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on May 21, 2026, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.

BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.
